Step by step
Quick self-service procedure.
Five simple steps — designed so you can arrive, exhale, and ease into your session without a single bit of friction.
Step 1
Gain access with your Yale code
Enter your access code on the Yale Door Lock. The code can be used more than once — handy if you forget something in the car or need to step out to the restroom — and is time-limited to your booking; it expires once your session ends.
Step 2
Enter and make yourself comfortable
The room was created with you in mind and heart. There's a hanger for your clothes, a couch to rest on, and a sanitising station to keep things fresh. The space is fully self-service — please take a few minutes at the end to leave it clean and sanitised, so the next client can enjoy the same tranquil experience.
Step 3
Aircon — your call
Switch the aircon on or off as you'd like. Please remember to switch it off again at the end of your session.
Step 4
Turn on the equipment
Switch on the Red Light Therapy panel — both wall plugs next to the bed are marked and need to be switched on. Then turn on the Hypervibe against the wall under the sanitising station.
Step 5
Your session, your pace
Your Firefly Wellness session is completely self-guided. Whether you choose Red Light Therapy, the Hypervibe vibration plate, stretching, meditating, listening to music, or simply unwinding — the space is yours to use in the way that feels most beneficial to you.

Red Light Therapy
Recommended timing for your first session.
To help your body adapt to Red Light Therapy (RLT), we recommend starting with a slightly shorter exposure during your first visit.
Your first session
- 7 minutes facing the panel
- 7 minutes with your back to the panel
14 minutes total
Follow-up sessions
- 10 minutes facing the panel
- 10 minutes with your back to the panel
20 minutes total
Why not longer?
Red Light Therapy follows what researchers call a biphasic dose response. There's an optimal amount of light exposure where the body receives the greatest benefit — more exposure does not necessarily produce better results.
Scientific studies suggest moderate treatment times are often most effective for supporting:
- Cellular energy production (ATP)
- Circulation
- Muscle recovery
- Skin rejuvenation
- Inflammation management
For most full-body sessions, 14–20 minutes provides an ideal therapeutic dose. Extending treatment well beyond this may not increase benefits and can sometimes lead to temporary skin dryness or reduced efficiency. Consistency over time is far more important than longer individual sessions.
Think of Red Light Therapy as giving your cells the right amount of energy — not the maximum amount.
